Boot Camp

Circuit

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics.  Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout, it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.

Pound

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

This exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

YOGA

A class based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Great for all ages and fitness levels.
